New house

We now have our own money pit as some people like to put it. We are in the process of cleaning and getting ready to paint the inside. We have a lot of work to do and a little boy tends to make the work take much longer than we would like.
A huge upside is that we actually will be saving money because our mortgage is WAY less than our rent. After two years this house was the only one we felt good about. Yes it took 4 months to get it, and yes there is a lot of work to do, but it is totally worth it!
The girls are so excited and Ty hardly cares other than when he is tired and wants to go home. They are already telling their friends about their chore list, and they are excited about it! I never thought I would see them excited about chores!
